Measurement performance is decided long before an analyser is installed, and it changes over time once it is running. We support the full path, from defining the requirement to keeping the system in operation.
Requirements Investigation
We review the circuit and define what needs to be measured, where, and to what accuracy, before any equipment is specified.
Measurement, Dosing & Control Strategy
We define what to measure and where, assess dosing constraints, and set out how measurement data should drive control. Reagent control is a measurement problem before it is a control problem.
Commissioning & Integration
On-site setup, calibration and integration with the plant control system, over standard fieldbus protocols and I/O.
Training
Operator and maintenance training so plant teams can run, calibrate and fault-find the analyser without relying on outside help for routine tasks.
Maintenance & Spares
A large spares holding and end-user-replaceable parts keep downtime short. Most items swap out with four screws and a keyed connector.
Ongoing Engineering Support
Remote diagnostics and on-site assistance once the analyser is operating. Measurement behaviour changes over time; support keeps it characterised.
Support that reaches the plant
Many analysers are installed in remote parts of the world, and our remote capability is central to how we support them, not a fallback. Over a secure 4G/LTE link we can commission, configure, diagnose, tune control loops and often resolve issues the same day, without waiting on travel.
It is one of the most valuable things we offer: expert engineering attention on your circuit, wherever it is and whenever it is needed.
Our analysers are built to run almost continuously for years, so replacement parts are rarely needed. When they are, we are ready: most parts are end-user-replaceable, and we can hold spares on site for immediate swap-out.
We still recommend regular site visits for training and hands-on support, and between those visits remote support keeps the system running.
Remote commissioning & diagnostics
Commissioning, configuration and fault-finding over a secure 4G/LTE link, with results and alarms by SMS. Much of what a site visit would do, done remotely. We also support access via secure bastion for deeper system-level diagnostics.
Spare parts
Rarely needed, always ready: end-user-replaceable parts, on-site spares, and next-day courier dispatch where possible.

Hands-on training for plant and maintenance teams.
