On-Line Process Analysers

Our next-generation TAC 1000-NG is well proven in the field. It offers the potentiometric silver-nitrate method or the amperometric method for free and/or WAD cyanide determination over a wide measurement range, fully self-calibrating, robust and reliable, with low maintenance and low operating cost.

Potentiometric titration analyser with an integrated, patented self-cleaning sampling system. Measures free cyanide in leach and CIP/CIL circuits across up to three process streams, with pH measurement and closed-loop cyanide dosing control.

Measures weak-acid-dissociable (WAD) cyanide using the picric acid method, from as low as 0.02 ppm (20 ppb) up to very high process concentrations. Integrated sample preparation removes interferences before analysis, making it well suited to tailings discharge and detox monitoring under the International Cyanide Code.

Two-chemistry titration analyser for on-line acid, lime and pH measurement in hydrometallurgical circuits. Measuring acid concentration directly (rather than pH alone) enables automation and greatly improved process control, saving acid, boosting recoveries and reducing leaching time. Uses the same proven self-cleaning sampling approach as the TAC range.

On-line analyser for caustic and cyanide make-up in gold elution circuits, built on the proven ACID 1000 platform. Supports both AARL and ZADRA elution processes, helping keep strip solution chemistry consistent from batch to batch.

The TAC-M bench analyser offers both amperometric and silver-nitrate methods for rapid free and/or WAD cyanide determination over a wide measurement range. Easy to use, sturdy and dependable, with minimal maintenance required.

Closed-loop cyanide addition control module for TAC 1000-based analyser systems. The control algorithm has been refined over decades of plant operation and holds the circuit at set-point through variable ore and flow conditions, reducing cyanide consumption while protecting gold and silver recovery.

Dedicated pH controller that works alongside the TAC 1000, WAD 1000-S or standalone pH instrumentation. It interfaces with lime dosing systems to hold pH at set-point, protecting cyanide chemistry and downstream recovery.
