TAC 1000-NG
The next-generation TAC analyser, the upgrade path for the field-proven TAC 1000. Amperometric or silver-nitrate potentiometric method for free and WAD cyanide across a wide range. Fully self-calibrating, with pH measurement and closed-loop cyanide dosing control.
TAC 1000
The field-proven original. In maintenance support for existing installations; available by special order for new applications. Potentiometric titration analyser with an integrated sampling system for free cyanide in leach and CIP/CIL circuits, with pH measurement and cyanide dosing control.
WAD 1000-S
Measures weak-acid-dissociable (WAD) cyanide using the picric acid method. Capable of measuring from as low as 0.02 ppm (20 ppb), among the highest sensitivity available, up to very high process concentrations. Sample preparation removes interferences before analysis.
ACID 1000
Two-chemistry titration analyser for on-line acid, lime and pH measurement in hydrometallurgical circuits, using the same sampling approach as the TAC range.
TAC 1000-W
On-line analyser for caustic and cyanide make-up in gold elution circuits. Built on the proven ACID 1000 platform, it supports both AARL and ZADRA elution processes.
Cyanide Control
Closed-loop cyanide addition control for TAC 1000-based analysers. Holds the circuit at set-point through variable ore and flow conditions, saving reagent and protecting recovery.
pH 1000
Dedicated pH controller that works alongside the TAC 1000, WAD 1000-S or standalone pH instrumentation, interfacing with lime dosing for stable pH control.
TAC-M
Compact bench analyser in the TAC family. One-button operation delivers free cyanide, WAD cyanide and pH in under 120 seconds, results saved with identifier, date and time.
