Last updated: 8 June 2026. This policy explains how Process Analytical Systems (PAS) collects and processes personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Process Analytical Systems (Pty) Ltd ("PAS", "we", "us") is the responsible party for the personal information processed through this website. Our address is 11 Athol St, Highlands North, Johannesburg, 2192, South Africa.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you choose to provide, primarily through our contact and quote-request forms:
- Name and company
- Email address and phone number
- Site, region, and details of your enquiry (for example, what you are measuring)
We also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
3. Why we process it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide technical and engineering support, and maintain our business relationship with you. We process this information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate business interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our website and email platforms), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights under POPIA
Subject to the conditions of POPIA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. 7. Cookies
This website uses only the essential cookies required for it to function — a session cookie and a cookie that remembers your language preference. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.
