TAC 2000 Cyanide Analyser and controller.

The TAC 2000 on-line titro-analyser accurately monitors and controls cyanide levels on one or two process streams and boosts your profits. In the basic configuration the unit monitors the cyanide concentration in a Gold plant and  produces a report on the cyanide levels measured. The unit also provides a simple users interface with a keypad for data entry and a LCD screen for displaying information.

The unit connects to a cyanide dosing system via standard interfaces and allows for optimum cyanide addition into the plant by the units sophisticated cyanide addition algorithm. Cyanide addition is based on actual cyanide concentration, required cyanide concentration, pulp flow and other plant parameters.

The status of the Gold plant is logged to a printer providing supervisors with a history of plant performance.

The Equipment

All equipment is housed in enclosures designed for use within harsh plant environments. The equipment provides for connection to plant SCADA via standard electrical interfaces and has built in battery backup and power fail recovery.

The Sampling System

A well proven, patented, self cleaning sampling system guarantees a supply of fresh sample from two sampling points at a distance of up to 100 m. (330ft)
